Contact the IT Service Desk  

New York Campus

• For help by telephone, NYU community members in New York can call 1-212-998-3333 to speak with IT Service Desk staff 24 hours a day, seven days a week. (On campus in New York, simply dial 8-3333.)
• For help online, search NYU Support Center or submit your question (including as many details as possible) using the Get Help from NYU IT form (NetID and password required). A representative will respond to you by email within one business day.

In-Person Support

The fastest way to get tech support is usually to search the NYU Support Center or to call or email the IT Service Desk (details above). If in-person support in NYC is needed, you can visit one of these locations:

NYU IT Service Desk, 10 Astor Place

• Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm ET (excluding University Holidays)
• Open to all NYU community members
• Appointments are recommended. Use this form to schedule a time. The Service Desk will also accept unscheduled walk-ins on a first-come-first served basis, but unscheduled visitors may need to wait if an appointment is in progress.

StudentLink Center, 383 Lafayette Street, 1st Floor

• Weekdays only, during regularly scheduled hours of operation.
• Active NYU ID Card required.
• Open to current NYU students

LaGuardia Student Technology Center, 541 LaGuardia Place

• Weekdays only, during regularly scheduled hours of operation.
• Active NYU ID Card required.
• Open to current NYU students

Abu Dhabi Campus

• NYU community members at NYU Abu Dhabi can contact the IT Service Desk 24 hours a day, seven days a week by sending email to nyuad.it@nyu.edu or by calling 971-2-628-8888 (or simply 8-8888 from on-campus phones).
• NYU Abu Dhabi IT Support Center walk-in assistance is available on the ground floor of the Campus Center (C2) building. Check the NYU Abu Dhabi Intranet for current hours (login required).
• The Center for Academic Technology (CAT) is the one-stop-shop where NYU Abu Dhabi students, faculty, and staff can receive help with their academic technology needs. For service details, please visit the CAT website or email nyuad.academictech@nyu.edu.

Shanghai Campus
