The Support Center is an online resources featuring a searchable self-service knowledge base of common tech problems and solutions, update about any open requests you may have, and the option to start a live chat session with an IT Service Desk agent.
Live Chat with an IT Service Desk Agent
You can use the live chat feature to connect with an NYU IT Service Desk agent as an additional tech support option in the NYU Support Center. Anytime you see a chat bubble at the lower right corner of the screen, select it to start a live agent chat.
