Tip 2: Reduce the File Size of the Documents

Any file you upload should be in .pdf or .jpg format and no larger than 20 MB. Use and adjust information based on How to reduce PDF file size.

Tip 3: Change the File Name

Mac Users: Change the file name of the documents you upload to the online request form. File names that have special characters, such as slashes, can sometimes cause problems for Mac users trying to upload documents to our system. Remove any special characters, and try to upload the document again.
