Why the Transition
- The Ad Hoc Committee on Course Evaluations conducted a review of the scholarly literature, assessed best practices across peer institutions related to course feedback, and consulted NYU faculty experts, and, in October 2021, issued a report that identified a need to update questions, in an effort to reduce bias, and give faculty different ways to access and review their own course evaluation data; and
- The need to retire our current system, which will no longer be supported by the vendor.
