Check Graduation Status
Log in to Albert. On the Home page go to the Academics section and click the View My Graduation Status link.
2. Graduation Status
Your graduation status will appear in a new box.
|Applied for Graduation||The Registrar has received the student’s application for graduation. The student has been emailed with additional details and will be notified if any further action is needed.|
|Pending Coursework in Progress||The Registrar has determined that the student is on track for graduation; outstanding requirements are expected to be resolved once grades have been received for coursework in progress. The student will be notified if any further action is needed.|
|Department Review||Documentation has been submitted to resolve all outstanding requirements, but has not yet been processed by the Registrar. (This status is viewable by advisors only.)|
|In Review / Second Review||The Registrar has determined that additional action is needed to satisfy one or more missing degree requirements. If possible, the advisor should either submit additional documentation or contact the Registrar to resolve any discrepancies. The student has been emailed with details about the missing requirement(s).|
|Denied||The Registrar has determined that the student is ineligible for graduation in the term for which they applied. The student should consult with their advisor and re-apply for graduation for the term in which their degree requirements will be completed. The student has been emailed with details about the missing requirement(s).|
|Approved for Graduation||The Registrar has approved the student’s graduation application; in most cases, the degree will be awarded on the conferral date (or within 24 hours if the conferral date has passed).|
|Degree Awarded||The degree has been awarded! The student has been emailed with additional details.|
