1. My Courses

On the Faculty/Advisor page go to your My Courses grid for a particular term and click on the Class Roster icon for a class.  The number next to the icon is the number of students enrolled.

2. Students

Select specific students by individually checking the boxes under the “Select Email” column for the corresponding student or select all students by clicking the “Select All Emails” button. Once students have been selected, click on the “Copy Selected Emails” button to copy the selected emails to your clipboard or “Clear Selection” to erase your previous selections. 


3. Email Addresses

Once the “Copy Selected Email(s)” button has been selected, a confirmation message will confirm the number of email(s) copied to the clipboard.
