1. My Courses

On the Faculty/Advisor page go to your My Courses grid for a particular term and click on the Class Roster icon for a class.  The number next to the icon is the number of students enrolled.

2. Class Roster

‘Print/Downloadable options’ are located at the top of the Class Roster. Select your choice on the dropdown options and click the “Generate” button to obtain the file of choice.

3. Students

Class Meeting Information: uncollapse it to see course information and meeting patterns. 

Enrollment Status: defaults to “Enrolled” but can be changed to “Dropped" to view waitlisted and dropped students.

Select Email: select one or more students to gather email address(es) directly from Albert. You will need to click on the “Copy Selected Email(s)” button to ensure it has been copied to your clipboard.

Select All Emails: selects and copies all student email addresses directly from Albert. You will need to click on the “Copy Selected Email(s)” button to ensure it has been copied to your clipboard.

Name Contains: allows you to search for a specific student on the roster.

Name Recording: A blue icon will indicate a name recording is available, while a gray icon will indicate no name recording is available.
