Third Avenue North
About Third North
Third North provides a welcoming and inclusive community for over 950 first-year students. To help facilitate the community, enhance your academic experience, plan events, and provide support, there are 29 Resident Assistants, one Resource Center Assistant, and two Faculty Fellows-in-Residence with their families. Third North is home to two Explorations floors (living-learning communities) where students can apply based on the themes. We have a wide range of facilities in Third North, including the Third North Dining Hall, a small courtyard C-store, a mini theater, dance studio, music practice rooms, game room, laundry rooms, TV lounge, many study lounges throughout the building, a computer lab, and an incredible outdoor courtyard at the center of it all. Our hall also features a very active hall government, called Third Avenue Government (TAG), which advocates for their fellow residents while also planning great events throughout the year.
