Meet the Team

The team at Campus Cable have decades of experience and pride themselves on the high level of service they provide in engineering, maintaining, and improving NYU's own cable tv system.

Frank Kukulya - Chief Engineer

Frank was appointed the position of Chief Engineer in 1996 and is responsible for the overall operations of the NYU cable system for the past 21 years. Frank's 31 years of experience include: CATV engineering and integration, fiber optic infrastructure rebuild and integration, live broadcast technologies and wireless transmission. Frank leads his team in providing 5-star client services to the NYU student community. Frank is an active member in the Society of Telecommunications Engineers and the Association of Higher Education Campus Television Administrators.

Kevin Cahill - Cable Coordinator

Kevin comes to NYU with over 30 years of experience and was appointed Cable Coordinator in 2017. Kevin has spent many years supporting design, maintenance and operations of CATV and Satellite systems for the higher education industry. He brings to NYU his extensive knowledge of headend, plant maintenance, new construction, as well as installation and troubleshooting skills.

Anthony Shaw - Field Support

Anthony comes to NYU with over 16 years of experience in cable and satellite television services. Before joining New York University, Anthony has installed and provided RF services in various commercial properties throughout the New York Tristate area. Anthony joined the Campus Cable team in 2011. His responsibilities include field support of Residence Halls and faculty buildings campus wide.

Walter Martin - Field Support

Walter comes to NYU with 24 years of technical experience and has been employed by major cable companies and institutions in the New York area prior to NYU. Walter possesses extensive knowledge in fiber optic system mapping and design, analog to digital technology, plant design and extension and voice over IP technologies. His responsibilities include field support of Residence Halls and faculty buildings campus wide.
