January Term Housing
Based on space availability, January Term housing is offered to eligible, matriculated students enrolled for classes at New York University (New York) over the January Term session. The application launched on Friday, October 13th. The deadline to apply is Friday, December 1st.
Eligibility
Matriculated NYU students who are registered for January Term classes in New York are eligible to apply to live on-campus in University residence halls. Due to space limitations, only matriculated NYU students are eligible to submit January Term hosuing applications. We are unable to accommodate visiting students from other institutions.
Priority is given to students enrolled in January-Term classes with in-person rather than online instruction, particularly those who are also commited to either Fall or Spring housing. Enrollment is verified on a rolling basis. Housing is not guaranteed and applicants will be assigned on a space-available basis.
