If the whole search process is becoming a bit too much, another option is using a real estate broker. Brokers are licensed sales agents who act on behalf of a property owner and prospective purchasers in real estate transactions. Although they will charge you a fee and be limited to properties they represent, they do bring a certain piece of mind with the time-consuming search process.
