STEM Spring Career Fair

10am-4pm

NEW FORMAT: Undergraduate students will be given exclusive access to the fair from 10am-12:30pm. At 12:30pm, students of all degrees of study can access the fair until the close of the event.

Employers with full-time, part-time and internship opportunities in Engineering, Computer Hardware/Software, Technology, Science, Management, Digital Media, Construction Management, Start Up, and related industries or job functions are encouraged to attend. Meet a large group of diverse, bright and motivated students and alumni from the NYU student body.

Register

  • For-Profit Organization: $750
  • Non-Profit & Government Organizations: $250
  • Additional Representatives: Due to space restrictions, we ask that organizations bring no more than two representatives. If you would like to register additional representatives, there will be a $50 fee per additional representative.
  • If you are experiencing significant financial difficulties please contact us at careerfairs@nyu.edu.

Registration Confirmation
The first email you receive is an automatic response. You will usually be notified within one week of the status of your registration. If you are confirmed, you will receive a detailed confirmation email including your invoice, information on shipping and other logistics. If, for any reason, we cannot confirm your registration we will notify you by phone or email.

Setup & Amenities

Each registration includes a 4' table, tablecloth, table tent with your company name and chairs, as well as breakfast and lunch for up to two representatives. Your display materials may not exceed the 4' space. If your organization requires an electrical outlet, please be sure to indicate that on your registration form. The NYU Tandon School of Engineering is equipped with wireless internet. You will receive information about accessing the network on the day of the fair.

Shipping

Materials need to be shipped approximately two weeks prior to the event. Materials shipped will be delivered to your table. Your email confirmation will provide exact dates of when we need your shipping to arrive. Clancy-Cullen does not accept late shipments. Do not send any materials to NYU.

If you miss the shipping deadline we suggest shipping the materials to your hotel or an affiliated office prior to the event. You can also bring them by hand on the day of the event.

Shipping After The Fair

You are responsible for making shipping arrangements prior to the conclusion of the fair. Please have your account or credit card number available. Packaging tape and FedEx/UPS labels will be provided.

NOTE: NYU is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during shipping or on-site at the fair.
