Event Details

Employers from all industries with full-time opportunities available are invited to the Full Time Opportunities Fair. To attend, employers are required to have full-time opportunities available and posted to our free online job portal, NYU CareerNet. Undergraduate and graduate students from all areas of study the Class of 2019 will be in attendance.

Registration Confirmation

The first email you receive is an automatic response. You will usually be notified within 5-10 business days of the status of your registration. If you are confirmed, you will receive a detailed confirmation email including your invoice, information on shipping and other logistics. If, for any reason, we cannot confirm your registration we will notify you by phone or email.


  • For-Profit Organization: $550
  • Non-Profit or Government Organization: $250
  • Additional Representatives: Due to space restrictions, we ask that organizations bring no more than two representatives. If you would like to register additional representatives, there will be a $50 fee per additional representative.

Setup & Amenities

Each registration includes a 4'x18" table, tablecloth, table tent with your company name and chairs, as well as refreshments for two representatives. Your display materials may not exceed the 4'x18" space. If your organization requires an electrical outlet, please be sure to indicate that on your registration form. The NYU Kimmel Center is equipped with wireless internet. You will receive information about accessing the network on the day of the fair.

  • Fed Ex/UPS account number (for returning items after the fair)


Materials must be received by March 29. Materials shipped will be delivered to your table. Clancy-Cullen does not accept late shipments. Do not send any materials to NYU.

If you miss the shipping deadline we suggest shipping the materials to your hotel or an affiliated office prior to the event. You can also bring them by hand on the day of the event.

Shipping After The Fair

You are responsible for making shipping arrangements prior to the conclusion of the fair. Please have your account or credit card number available. Packaging tape and FedEx/UPS labels will be provided.

NOTE: NYU is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during shipping or on-site at the fair.
