Biofeedback is a process that enables individuals to learn how to change physiological activity for the purpose of improving health and performance. Personal Stress Relievers (PSRs) are devices that "feed back" physiological activity to the user, fostering the ability to self-regulate emotional and physiological changes associated with stress. PSRs are available in the Health Promotion office or Bobst Library for a two week check-out period. They are small and fun to use - check one out today!
