A $1000 housing reservation payment will be required when a housing guarantee is extended.
For students offered federal financial aid, such as loans or work study, you will be able to accept them on your Albert Student Center starting this month (date varies by student). Any grant or scholarships that you may have been awarded will already be accepted on your behalf. The Office of Financial Aid will send an email to your NYU email address when it is time to begin the financial aid acceptance process. If you have questions about your financial aid, please call the Office of Financial Aid at 212-998-4444 and speak with a financial aid counselor anytime during business hours.
For new international students, the Office of Global Services (OGS) strongly recommends that applications be filed at least three months prior to intended NYU start date in case of visa delays or security checks for administrative processing at U.S. consulates abroad.
