Emerging Leaders Weekend
Emerging Leaders Weekend is a two day, one night weekend retreat for first and second-year undergraduates focused on the five Student Life Leadership Domains: awareness and development of self, interpersonal dynamics and relationships, navigating systems and power, cognitive and practical skills, and social responsibility. Through the retreat participants will be able to have an experiential, hands-on learning environment that allows them to do rather than singularly listen. Participants will practice and experiment with new leadership behaviors, and ultimately plan for ongoing leadership development.
The Leadership Studio
The Leadership Studio is a monthly workshop series that provides participants with the opportunity to practice, exercise, and ultimately gain a new skill that can be incorporated into their lives. Studio sessions will incorporate collaborative learning coupled with the notion of less information covered in greater depth to facilitate engaged leadership experiences.

Leading for Impact
The Center for Student Life and the DO School — a new opportunity for students to develop leadership and service skills for a 21st century economy through experiential education. From March to July, 20 students will develop an innovative and effective concept for a social or sustainable challenge. Through the program students will become active entrepreneurs and drivers for positive change.
