Belonging Zone Training

Offered to NYU students, faculty, staff.

This workshop helps you identify your own voice, gain new tools to share its power, and participate in difficult conversations with others to cultivate more belonging, care, and connection for all.

Faith Zone Training

Offered to NYU students, faculty, staff.

Faith Zone is a workshop designed to promote spiritual and religious literacy and dialogue. Since its inception, the training was awarded the 2017 NASPA International, Multicultural, Gender, LGBTQ, Spirituality, Disability, and Related Excellence Award and the 2014 Inaugural Spirituality and Religion in Higher Education Outstanding Spiritual Initiative Award.

Mindfulness Zone Training

Offered to NYU students, faculty, staff.

For those looking to cultivate a deeper understanding of mindfulness and meditation and the effects they have on one’s mind, body and spirit. You will walk away with new tools to implement the practice of mindfulness and self-regulation into your life for a more present, aware and relaxed daily experience.

Muslim Ally Zone

Offered to departments and students by request.

This presentation, offered by the Islamic Center at NYU, educates departments at NYU about the religion of Islam, understanding the challenges of Islamophobia, and most importantly, reflecting upon the Muslim student experience on campus.
