MindfulNYU offers three opportunities for NYU students to get involved in meditative communities. Tea Talks

Tea Talks are an opportunity for NYU students to come together for the purpose of developing a community and building their mindfulness skills. In this space, tea is viewed as a sacred, grounding, and healing tool — supporting the cultivation of a community that is intentionally present with each other

Tea Talks is hosted by Generation Meditation. Stay Woke & Meditate, and OUTBreath.
