NYU Generation Meditation
Wednesdays at 7 to 8 PM EST, Virtual
GenMed invites NYU students interested in leading a mindful and compassion centered life to join an 8-week cohort that teaches meditative techniques.
This experience features a progressive curriculum that introduces keystone practices and understandings of meditation. Students will deepen their own practice with the opportunity to translate those learnings to the broader NYU community.

Stay Woke & Meditate

Thursdays from 6 to 7 PM EST, Virtual
Stay Woke & Meditate centers the lived experiences of students of color. Join us as we gather together to meditate, connect, and seek healing. Weekly meditation sessions are led on Thursday nights 6-7pm ET on Zoom.

Join us for an hour-long mindful meditation session that centers the lived experiences of LGBTQ+ students held in an entirely peer-led space.
Meditations will focus on the themes of affirmation, inclusion, and embracing identity while inviting time for reflection. All levels of experience are welcome.
