NYU Generation Meditation

Wednesdays at 7 to 8 PM EST, Virtual

GenMed invites NYU students interested in leading a mindful and compassion centered life to join an 8-week cohort that teaches meditative techniques.

This experience features a progressive curriculum that introduces keystone practices and understandings of meditation. Students will deepen their own practice with the opportunity to translate those learnings to the broader NYU community.

It is an opportunity to connect with others and grow together. Students who are interested in joining GenMed should reach out to Robert Taylor, Jr. at robert.taylorjr@nyu.edu.
