MindfulNYU Student Groups
MindfulNYU offers three opportunities for NYU students to get involved in meditative communities. Join us as we meditate, connect, and seek healing. Stay Woke & Meditate centers the lived experiences of students of color.

Join us for an hour-long mindful meditation session that centers the lived experiences of LGBTQ+ students held in an entirely peer-led space.
Tea Talks
From 6 to 7PM Monthly

Tea Talks are an opportunity for NYU students to come together for the purpose of developing a community and building their mindfulness skills. In this space, tea is viewed as a sacred, grounding, and healing tool — supporting the cultivation of a community that is intentionally present with each other
