Safe Zone Logo

Safe Zone is a training designed to provide foundational knowledge about LGBTQ communities, an understanding of some of the issues these communities face, and an awareness of various LGBTQ resources at NYU and beyond.

Campus wide trainings are offered multiple times every semester, but training sessions can be arranged for other groups if requested.


Open Session

Open sessions are available for any NYU student, staff, or faculty to register. Below are Safe Zone trainings we are hosting for the Spring 2019 semester:

  • Friday, February 22nd, 1-4 pm
  • Friday, April 12th, 1-4 pm
