Hi, I am a rising Junior at NYU. I am from Kolkata, India. Two of my favorite hobbies are cooking and playing badminton. Besides being a part of the ULC family, I am the Planning Head of NYU Khalbali, a South Asian fusion dance team. You should know this about me, I love dancing. I am also a member of NYU Women In Computing (WINC) where I learn and explore more and more about the technical world.

Avni is originally from India, and grew up in Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Singapore, and Cincinnati. She loves spending time in nature, cooking and eating new foods, and exploring new places. Besides the ULC, she is also involved in Peer Health Exchange and Nutrition without Borders on campus, and always loves hanging out in the park.

Hi! I'm currently a junior studying chemistry at CAS. I spend most my time working in lab as a member of the Diao Group. My research focuses on organometallic chemistry and includes some elements of inorganic chemistry. I have hopes of completing a Ph.D. in chemistry and one day becoming a professor myself! When I'm not working or studying I love to hang out with my friends and walk around the city.

I am an undergraduate researcher in the NARC lab at the Icahn School of Medicine where we study the effects of drug addiction on behavior, cognition, emotion, and personality.
