NYU Madrid is located in the city center, just off Calle Gran Via, a short walk from the Museo del Prado and Retiro Park. At the academic center, you will take classes, attend cultural seminars, and use the computer lab. The center also features a secure wireless network and a student lounge where students can relax and socialize with peers. A reading room features a reserved book and reference collection.
Intercambios are language exchanges in which young Spaniardsand NYU students are divided in groups to do weekly fun activities (escape the room, bike riding, ice skating...). You can meet with your intercambio as often as you like, but the goal is to practice speaking Spanish in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. Also, it’s a great way to get introduced to other Spanish people your age. Highly recommended program.
