Are there any dining facilities?
All NYU London housing is self catering. There are no dining facilities in NYU London managed housing however, there may be dining in external housing facilities. Please refer to Explore the Residences for more information on what facilities are available in each residence.
Are there printing facilities in housing?
There are printing facilities in the study rooms of NYU London managed housing. There may be limited printing available in external housing - please contact staff in external housing for more information.
I have a maintenance issue. What do I do?
Maintenance concerns should be reported at first sight. If there is damage in your room, do not repair it yourself; skilled repair personnel will remedy the situation. If your neglect or actions have created the need for repair, you will be charged for the resulting costs. General preventative maintenance and routine repairs are performed without charge to residents. Emergency repairs include major leaks and flooding, inoperative door locks, and any problem that endangers property or safety. In case of an emergency, contact reception staff in your residence.

Is there anywhere to store my luggage?
Yes, there is a luggage storage facility at Byron Court, which is filled on a first come, first served basis. If you could like to store luggage during your programme or after an intersession programme (J-term and Summer), please contact a member of Res Life staff. Information regarding luggage storage after the end of the Spring and Fall semester will be sent out to all students in the lead up to checkout.
