Bike Corral

A large bike corral is located behind the Stern building (Tisch Hall) and is available via ID entry as a safe place for NYU students, faculty, and staff to lock their bikes for the day. The bike corral also has a bike pump available for use.

CoGeneration Plant

Also known as a combined heat and power plant, the CoGeneration plant efficiently generates heat and electricity at the same time to reduce thermal energy (or heat) waste.

Located under Mercer Plaza between W 3rd and W 4th Streets

LEED Certified Buildings

There is over 2 million square feet of spaces on campus that are LEED certified, or undergoing certification. LEED rates buildings on environmental responsibility and resource efficiency.
