We hope you have had a good winter break.

As someone not coming from a departure point that requires that you quarantine, you are scheduled to move into a residence hall during the weekend of January 23-24 and beyond.

We are strongly recommended that you get tested BEFORE returning to campus. By getting tested as soon as possible this week, you may have your results before traveling to campus. If you do have a positive result, it will permit you to be isolated in the comfort of your home, rather than on campus. In addition, it will help us reduce the likelihood of COVID-19 spreading on campus.

So, please, promptly make arrangements to get tested before your arrival this coming weekend.

In addition to this recommendation, remember that you are required to test upon your arrival to the dorms. If you have questions on NYU's testing protocols, please visit NYU Community Testing.
