Dear NYU Vendor/Visitor,

Earlier this summer, NYU announced that all members of the university community — students, faculty, administrators, and staff — must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before the start of the fall 2021 semester, and must upload proof of their vaccination.

As a vendor/visitor of the university who is approved to be on campus, the same requirements apply to you. However, please note that the university is maintaining a limited campus access policy for vendors and visitors: only those whose in-person presence is essential to NYU’s academic mission and/or core operations should access university buildings. Below, you will find information that will help you to better understand and comply with this policy in order to keep our community safe.

Proof of Vaccination Due by Monday, August 30

Beginning today, August 16, you can now upload your proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or request a valid medical or religious exemption from the university’s vaccination requirement.

Upload Vaccination or Submit for an Exemption

Effective Monday, August 30, to maintain access to NYU’s academic and administrative buildings, all NYU vendors/visitors must have a reviewed and validated proof of vaccination against COVID-19 OR a valid exemption AND a recent negative COVID-19 PCR test result.

If you have questions about uploading your information, please contact the NYU Extended Community Support Team.

Daily Screener

The Daily Screener is now easier to use than ever.  All NYU vendors/visitors who have a validated proof of vaccination will see a green “PASS” screen without having to answer screening questions.

Masks

Currently, NYU continues to require masking in indoor spaces; given the emergence of the Delta variant, we expect to continue that practice at least through the start of the fall semester.
