Phoenix is here to talk about women’s self-defense, its relevance and importance regardless of age, and to share tips for women of all ages to keep them safe.
A lifelong love of combat sports, action/comedy flicks and comic books has led Phoenix Carnevale to become an internationally recognized media personality, cage-side reporter, martial artist, commentator, fitness professional, and actress.
Sharing her deep knowledge of martial arts, Carnevale has been featured on AXS TV FIGHTS, UFC Unfiltered, CNN, MTV, ESPN U and Showtime Sports. Phoenix’s fight commentary has extended to both color and play-by-play coverage for several promotions around the world.
As a martial artist, Carnevale has trained with Muay Thai legend Ajarn Phil Nurse and has experience training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Karate and boxing Her acting career includes appearance in Film and TV, as well as commercials for Colace, Kraft, Equinox, Discovery Channel, Spike TV, Under Armour and Adidas.
A strong advocate for health and fitness, Carnevale frequently appears on multiple fitness platforms such as Daily Burn 365 and TRX training club sharing her knowledge and passion for wellness and martial arts. If she’s not training, she’s in an improv comedy class or sitting on the couch with her dog Max watching the Discovery Channel.
