Stratasys J850 PolyJet

The Stratasys J850 is our premium full-color multi-material 3D printer featuring PolyJet print technology. The J850 uses an acrylic-like photopolymer resin capable of printing 360,000 colors, from continuous-tone realistic detail to gradient transitions, in fully functional assembled 3D prints.

The J850’s PolyJet Technology jets layers of UV curable liquid photopolymer slice by slice when printing, allowing for the simultaneous printing of multiple model material types including composite digital materials, in a single build run. The J850's composite materials simulate properties ranging from opaque to transparent, flexible rubber to hard rigid plastics.

3D Systems ProJet 7000 HD SLA

The 3D Systems ProJet 7000 HD SLA printer is our near end-use production plastic printer that offers 3D Systems VisiJet SL Clear material, which is an polycarbonate-like transparent plastic featuring high-resolution detail, part accuracy and precision snap-fit assemblies. The ProJet 7000 HD printer uses a stereolithography (SLA) process, where curable photopolymer resin and an ultraviolet laser are used to build 3D models through cross-section tracing and curing, layer by layer.

The VisiJet SL Clear material can be used for a range of applications where transparent material is required and is capable of meeting the USP Plastic Class VI biocompatibility testing. VisiJet SL Clear is also suitable for investment casting.
