• Individual Use: Individual user licenses are available to eligible community members via NYU OnTheHub.

Restrictions/Disclaimer for Faculty, Staff, and Departments

• As defined by SPSS, the current license in place may only be downloaded and used by faculty for purposes of classroom instruction and academic research.
  
• The software can be installed on an NYU-owned system or device ONLY.
  
• The software MAY NOT be installed on any personally-owned systems or devices.
  
• The software MAY NOT be used for NYU administrative purposes. This includes work relating to institutional research, enrollment/admissions, advancement, the Office of the President, etc.
  
• If used or installed incorrectly, the end user assumes financial responsibility for any charges NYU accrues from the software company.
