NYU IT provides telephone service and support to the NYU community. Services for NYU offices, faculty, and staff include desk telephones, softphone accounts to use on computers and mobile devices, voice mail, Single Number Reach (which directs your NYU calls to your mobile phone), and contact center solutions. Telephone and voice mail service is available to students in New York City residence halls upon request.
NYU IT also issues mobile devices to approved employees and provides support on configuring devices to access NYU Email, Calendar, VPN, and other enterprise technology services.
