Track Attendance with a Tap

Attendance Management (Atrium) is an attendance-tracking service that can be used to check in faculty, administrators, and staff at in-person events, meetings, and other activities at NYU's New York locations. It enables event staff to admit attendees with the tap of an NYU ID on a configured card reader or by manually entering a NetID or N-Number.

Get Started

By request, NYU IT partners with staff and faculty at schools and units to choose the right Attendance Management (Atrium) configuration, set up event staff access, provide training, and order the necessary equipment. To get started, fill out the Attendance Management (Atrium) request form.
