To request a workshop, session, or speaker from the Office of Global Inclusion, Diversity, and Strategic Innovation (OGI); Center for Multicultural Education and Programs (CMEP); or the LGBTQ+ Center, please fill out the request form below.

We offer our sessions virtually, hybrid, or in-person, but may not be able to offer all of them in a virtual format. Please note that there might be a slight delay in our response as we work to quickly manage an increase in requests. We appreciate your understanding.

Please also note the following requirements before completing this form:

  • Sessions require a minimum of 12 people and are designed for active participant engagement. Groups larger than 100 might require some extra time to schedule.
  • Sessions are generally scheduled during business hours, which are Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. ET.
  • The requester must provide space, technology, and logistics for each session requested. In the virtual space, this includes: creating the Zoom link, managing registration, addressing accessibility needs (such as live captioning), managing the breakout rooms, and enabling the facilitator to share screen with slides.
  • Requests must be made at least 4 weeks in advance.
