"In New York City, every storefront window has the possibility to tell a story, spark a conversation, or inspire an interaction. This is the goal of students in the Pop-Up Window Displays course, which focuses on creating innovative, interactive pop-up installations designed for public window displays. As part of the interactive telecommunications program and taught by Tisch School of the Arts professor Gabe Barcia-Colombo (TSOA ’07), students work together to conceive, prototype, and build interactive displays to be installed in the windows of the Kimmel Galleries."
An evening of performance in the style of tableaux vivant by students of acclaimed artist and faculty professor Karen Finely. One night only, our windows (located on Laguardia and West 3rd Street) will come alive, literally. Don't miss this!
