Spaces on the first, second and twelfth floors of 370 Jay Street are available to reserve . Audio Lab

Located on the 2nd floor the Audio Lab is a high end recording / multi-channel presentation facility and is part of the media commons production spaces.

Ballroom

The 2nd floor Ballroom is a multipurpose production space that can support projects that involve motion capture, green screen, projection mapping, DMX lighting, audio recording, and more.  The Ballroom is made up of four bays that can be reserved individually or as a whole.

Black Box

The Black Box is part of the 2nd floor production spaces and shares much of the same tech as the neighboring ballroom.  

Co-Lab

The Co-Lab is a multipurpose room on the 2nd floor with tables and chairs. The room can be arrange to accomodate meetings, demos and workshops. It's also an ideal space for meetings that involve breaking into smaller groups. 

The Garage

An intimate state-of-the-art performance space with a seated audience capacity of 74, The Garage is located on the ground level of 370 Jay Street and is unlike any other venue or theater space at NYU.  With a movable wall that allows for audience spillover into the Brooklyn streets, The Garage has hosted many exciting musical and tech/art hybrid performances that will reflect the creative work originating both within the building as well as with our community partners in Brooklyn.

Lecture Hall

The Lecture Hall is located on the 2nd floor of 370 Jay Street and has an audience capacity of 210. It serves as a classroom space from Monday through Thursday, but is open for events the rest of the week. The Lecture Hall has hosted a variety of events including screenings, panel discussions and conferences.

Seminar Room

The Seminar Room is located on the 12th floor of 370 Jay Street and has hosted everything from research presentations to community gatherings.  With a seated capacity of 84 people and beautiful views of downtown Brooklyn, the Seminar Room has become a popular gathering space for the 370 Jay Street community to collaborate and present their work.
