370 Jay Street offers a range of Shared Spaces that are available to students, staff, and faculty from various applied media programs in Tisch, Steinhardt, and Tandon.

The 370J Media Commons include the 1st floor Performance Garage, the 2nd floor production spaces, and 12th floor Seminar Room. The facilities and spaces are equipped to support events as well as faculty, staff, and students' needs, including motion capture, green screen, projection mapping, DMX lighting, audio recording, and more.

The ultimate goal of our facilities is to promote cross-departmental collaboration, integrative research, and pedagogy. By having shared amenities that can be used to produce and present work that spans both the arts and technology, 370 Jay Street represents the most visible manifestation of NYU's commitment to creative technology within its broader applied sciences initiative in Brooklyn.
