Application Development & Support Services
NYU IT partners with University offices to provide application development and support, and database and security services, for NYU's core business systems, and IT Service Desk support for the faculty, students, and staff who use them.
Such systems include Albert, SIS, HRIS/PASS; fame, Advance, Data Warehouse, BIA, Brio, Remedy; your NYUHome Work tab access to Tuition Remission, Benefits, and Payment Information, and more.
IT Assistance with Administrative Applications
For IT assistance with these and other administrative applications, call the IT Service Desk at 1-212-998-3333 or send email to AskIT@nyu.edu. IT Service Desk staff specializing in support for administrative applications are available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. IT Service Desk staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Oracle Enterprise Products
NYU IT makes selected Oracle database and related products available to qualified members of the NYU community through a University site license. For further details, including licensing procedures and fees, please send email to AskIT@nyu.edu.
Off-Campus Access Using VPN
A number of NYU administrative systems and services require the use of VPN when accessed from off campus. If you are planning to connect to one of these services from off-campus, please follow the instructions for using VPN for NYU-NET access from off campus.
