LVS 730 Easy Ergonomics for Injury Prevention

Description: With many finding themselves sitting most of the day, it’s important to understand your basic anatomy and learn simple ways to increase your comfort as well as prevent injury. You will be guided through no-cost, effective modifications for your workspace and strategies to encourage injury prevention.
