Consistent messaging is key in the effort to keep the NYU community informed, safe, and healthy. We’ve created a set of downloadable posters and signage that we encourage all units, offices, and departments to use and distribute. On this page, you will find all download links as well as usage instructions for each printable asset. To see some of these graphics in context, take a look at the Campaign Concept page.

Ordering Printed Signs

New York City Campus

Working with building managers, and points of contact at schools and central administration units, there has been a quantity of signs calculated that will be ordered as one bulk order. Please contact your building manager for quantities, timing, and delivery dates. Purchase additional quantities as needed through the i-Buy portal by clicking on the NYU Reprographics Tile under the printing category.

Global Sites

All global locations are provided access to working files that can be adjusted to fit their standard page size formats. Global locations are encouraged to print all signs locally. For additional help with signage, please contact Adam Vinhateiro, Assistant Director for Finance, Global Programs Administration, adam.vinhateiro@nyu.edu.

New or Additional Signage

For new or additional signs, please contact Stephen Kaldon, the graphic designer at NYU Reprographics, stephen.kaldon@nyu.edu.
