The campaign word marks are a core visual element that help to identify the posters and protocol across campus. This familiar symbol reminds the NYU community that we are all in this together when taking public safety measures.
The color palette is primarily derived from NYU violet in order to maintain a sense of familiarity and comfort. A confident pop of neon green is added to make print and digital assets stand out around campus.

The campaign uses NYU’s established brand typography. Mercury Roman is used to soften the loud nature of Gotham Ultra. Gotham Book acts as neutral body copy across print and digital assets.
Iconography is an important part of the campaign branding. Simpe, recognizable icons are used to enforce written messaging to create effective signage that’s easy to understand. The icons themselves are always NYU violet, and are used on both lavender and violet backgrounds. Icons are sometimes rotated to create a more dynamic and friendly composition.
