Training Requests

Email Direct onboarding has resumed and the new Subaccounts requests in the queue are getting processed. New users associated with these new Subaccounts will be offered training.

Contact the Email Direct Team for specific questions about how to use commands or features. In the meantime, we encourage you to explore the tutorials on our webpages.

Support Requests

Submit and track support requests through ServiceLink for Email Direct.

Before requesting a new Subaccount, please check to see if it already exists in our list of existing Subaccounts.

Request an update to an existing Subaccount for the following:

  • Update a Subaccount name, sender details, address, etc.
  • Update an existing Segment
  • Add a new Segment
  • Update existing email Template
  • Add a new email Template
