New NYU Office Supplies Vendor
We are excited to announce that the University chose W.B. Mason as its primary office supply vendor effective January 2021. W.B. Mason was chosen based on cost savings, coupled with a pledge to improve our service, delivery, and overall end-user experience while partnering on sustainability initiatives.
The W.B. Mason local account management, customer service, and distribution will enable W.B. Mason to service the University’s needs quickly and efficiently.
With W.B. Mason, You Can Expect:
Free deliveries by uniformed W.B. Mason drivers. Deliveries will be made in W.B. Mason’s environmentally-friendly electric vehicles.
Same day delivery option for orders placed before 12:00pm. Any orders placed after 12 noon will be delivered next-day.

What Is Changing?
- Beginning in January, W.B. Mason will become the primary office supply vendor to NYU
- The Staples punchout will be removed from i-Buy NYU
- Coffee equipment, products, and services will be provided by W.B. Mason
- W.B. Mason will be set up for “Ship-to-Home” deliveries

A dedicated website is being developed that will contain items such as FAQs, guidance on how to use the W.B. Mason punch-out site, and opportunities to sign up for Training and information sessions which will be held in December and January.
