PeopleSync Organization Support Roles

While all employees will have access to PeopleSync, only employees with "Organization Support Roles" (the roles listed below) will have the ability to perform HR and Payroll-related transactions in the system.

  • One employee can have multiple roles in PeopleSync. For example, an employee can be both an HR Partner and HR Analyst.
  • Multiple employees from the same organization can fill the same role in PeopleSync. For example, there can be multiple people in the HR Analyst role in one school or unit.
