To foster leadership development across the University, the Office of Talent, Learning, and Organizational Development plans, designs, and conducts a variety of innovative NYU workshops and programs for administrative managers.
Workshops on topics of importance to leaders – including change management, coaching, interviewing for exceptional hires, handling difficult conversations, and situational leadership – are available in both classroom and online formats. The professional development course listing is communicated monthly to employees. Registration for all workshops is on NYUiLearn. Leadership development workshop course numbers have the prefix LDR.
