• Work will continue through winter recess except on December 26 and January 2. 
  

November 17, 2022

• A pump truck is required to pour concreate to the roof of 100 Washington Square East. The pump truck is scheduled to arrive at 6:00am on Saturday, November 19.
  
• At the direction of the Department of Transporation (DOT), a pump truck is scheduled to be staged on Washington Place between Washington Square East and Greene Street on Saturday, November 19.
  
• Washington Place will be closed to thru traffic between Washington Square East and Greene Street. The street will remain open to pedestrian traffic, and flagmen will be present to safety direct pedestrians while the pump truck is in use.
  
• Work hours will be 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

October 27, 2022

• A crane is s required to remove old equipment and hoist new mechancial equipment to the roof of 100 Washington Square East. The crane is scheduled to arrive at 6:00am on Saturday, October 29.
  
• At the direction of the Department of Transporation (DOT), a crane is scheduled to be staged on Waverly Place, between University Place and Greene Street on Saturday, October 29.
  
• Waverly Place will be closed to thru traffic between University Place and Greene Street. The street will remain open to pedestrian traffic, and flagmen will be present to safety direct pedestrians while the crane is in use.
  
• The street and sidewalk will be cleared and reopened by 6:00pm

October 12, 2022

• A crane is s required to remove old equipment and hoist new mechancial equipment to the roof of 100 Washington Square East. The crane is scheduled to arrive at 6:00am on Saturday, October 15.
  
• At the direction of the Department of Transporation (DOT), a crane is scheduled to be staged on Waverly Place, between University Place and Greene Street on Saturday, October 15.
  
• Waverly Place will be closed to thru traffic between University Place and Greene Street. The street will remain open to pedestrian traffic, and flagmen will be present to safety direct pedestrians while the crane is in use.
  
• The street and sidewalk will be cleared and reopened by 6:00pm

September 29, 2022

• Abatement is scheduled to start the week of October 10. Abatement will take approximately two weeks to complete. An abatement truck is required for asbestos removal. Materials will be removed on the Washington Place side of the building. Work hours will be 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.

September 19, 2022

• A crane is s required to remove old equipment and hoist new mechancial equipment to the roof of 100 Washington Square East. The crane is scheduled to arrive at 6:00am on Saturday, September 24 or October 1.
  
• At the direction of the Department of Transporation (DOT), a crane is scheduled to be staged on Waverly Place, between University Place and Greene Street on Saturday, September 24 or October 1.
  
• Waverly Place will be closed to thru traffic between University Place and Greene Street. The street will remain open to pedestrian traffic, and flagmen will be present to safety direct pedestrians while the crane is in use.
  
• The street and sidewalk will be cleared and reopened by 6:00pm

• Contractors are scheduled begin soft demolition the week of September 19. The soft demolition will take approximately two weeks to complete. Work hours will be 7:00am- 4:00pm.
  
• A demo truck will be placed on Washington Place.

• Contractors are scheduled to remove furniture from the 9th and 10th floor the week of August 29. 
• A demo truck will be placed on Washington Place. 
  

June 21, 2022

• Contractors are scheduled to remove roof pavers from the roof of 100 Washington Square East, the week of June 20. A 20 yard container will be placed on the corner of Washinton Place.
  
• At the direction of the Department of Transporation (DOT), a crane is scheduled to be staged on Waverly Place, between University Place and Greene Street on Saturday, June 25.
  
• The crane is scheduled to arrive at 6:00am on Saturday, and is required to remove old equipment and hoist new mechancial equipment to the roof of 100 Washington Square East.

• Contractors are scheduled to remove roof pavers from the roof of 100 Washington Square East, the week of June 13. A 20 yard container will be placed on the corner of Washinton Place.
  
• At the direction of the Department of Transporation (DOT), a crane is scheduled to be staged on Waverly Place, between University Place and Greene Street on Saturday, June 18.
  
• The crane is scheduled to arrive at 6:00am on Saturday, and is required to remove old equipment and hoist new mechancial equipment to the roof of 100 Washington Square East.

• Contractors are scheduled to install sidewalk bridging the week of May 23, 2022.
• A crane is tentatively scheduled on Saturday, June 4 or Sunday, June 5 to upgrade and replace mechancial equipment on the roof.
