NYU is performing interior renovations and electrical upgrades at University Hall. The project is scheduled over two summers. The first phase will begin in May 2018 and continue through August 2018. The second phase will continue in the summer of 2019.

Current Project Update

May 21, 2019  

Phase two of construction is ongoing.

Contractors are scheduled to complete furniture removal the week of May 20, 2019.

Work is scheduled to begin the week of May 28. Contractors will be completing interior mechanical and electrical upgrades.

The entryway doors are scheduled to be replaced. A small enclosure will be constructed to protect the building during repairs.

Work Hours

Monday - Friday
7:00 am - 8:00 pm

Some night and evening work may be required. Neighbors will be given advanced notice of night and evening work.
