At NYU London, you will attend NYU Stern’s First Year in London Program, taking classes and seminars with a small community of highly talented and diverse students. On completion of the first year of study, you will continue as Stern sophomores at our New York City campus.
First Year in London students share the same curriculum as all other Stern BS in Business students, even though you are beginning your degree in London rather than New York City.
Most courses in the first year of the Stern curriculum are four-credit courses. A typical course load consists of four 4-credit courses for a total of 16 credits.
Every semester, hundreds of other Stern and NYU students will be at the NYU London global site with you studying in areas such as business, science, history, art, and politics.
Sophomore Year in New York
Students who have completed the Stern First Year in London Program will begin your sophomore year at NYU’s campus in Greenwich Village. You will join their classmates in New York and will have completed the same core academic requirements as any other Stern BS in Business student.
Upon arrival in New York City, you will continue to connect with other undergraduates in and around Washington Square, the heart of NYU in New York. Stern sophomores continue the academic work begun in the UK.
