The courage to lead new thinking; a space for uncomfortable conversations; a place for creating and testing the big ideas that work to drive down inequality."  Others suggested that CCII offers the promise of developing, testing, and sharing "a reproducible structure for connecting thinkers, researchers, and activists across disciplines, geographic areas, and skill sets to tackle large scale issues of inequality and equity."
