Affordability Steering Committee
Let's make a difference in the trajectory of college costs at NYU.
In February 2016, President Andrew Hamilton introduced budget changes that, for most undergraduate programs, will lead to the smallest increase in cost of attendance in over 20 years. To spearhead additional efforts to make studying at NYU more affordable for more students, the following month President Hamilton established the Affordability Steering Committee — a group that will engage the whole University community to explore a wide range of ideas and strategies. Simultaneously, a Working Group, composed principally of administrators responsible for major operational units, will foster and catalyze findings.
