Statement of Policy

This Policy on non-solicitation applies to New York University in New York, Washington, D.C., and California (collectively, “NYU” or “University”).

To Whom the Policy Applies

This Policy covers NYU employees and non-NYU employees.

Policy and Procedures

Unless otherwise required by law, NYU employees and non-NYU employees may not solicit NYU employees, by any means, in University work areas during work time for any non-work-related purpose. Violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action.
