Edward Berger was one of many NYU alumni nominated for awards at the 95th annual Academy Awards
Congratulations to Edward Berger (Tisch ‘94) on winning an Oscar last night when All Quiet on the Western Front was named Best International Feature Film at the 95th annual Academy Awards.
Berger, who directed the movie, was one of many NYU alumni nominated for a 2023 Academy Award. The genre-bending Everything Everywhere All At Once was the evening’s big winner, taking home seven awards at the ceremony at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. Three NYU alumni were nominated for their contributions to the record-breaking film.
