The Capstone program is a valuable service that the Wagner school proudly offers to the city, the region, and the world.
NYU Wagner is proud to present the 2016 Capstone Expo, free and open to the public on Tuesday, May 10, from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at The Kimmel Center, Rosenthal Pavilion, 60 Washington Square South, New York, N.Y.
The Capstone program is a valuable service that the Wagner school proudly offers to the city, the region, and the world. It is the centerpiece of students’ graduate education where they translate their classroom learning into practice. Capstone teams spend an academic year addressing challenges and identifying opportunities for clients in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors.
During the Expo, the students will display and discuss their work – seventy-nine Capstone projects, in all, from the 2015-16 academic year for a diverse range of clients, ranging from the Brooklyn Academy of Music, Johnson & Johnson, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency, to Action Against Hunger USA, and Overseas Development Institute.
The Capstone Program was supported this year by FJC: A Foundation of Philanthropic Funds.
